I used to really enjoy his videos but the constant being on the defensive about being a kit brewer became tiresome.
I hope he gets it sorted out because a lot of new brewers find his stuff really accessible.
I'm keen to get a boiler that won't need constant stirring during the ramp up. The Peco suits my needs very well, but the element requires constant stirring during the ramp up or you get scorching. It's a ballache being stuck to stirring for this period.
I've been hanging fire on picking up another fermenter to go with my Fermzilla but the Snub Nose and Fermenter King Jnr still don't appear to readily available in the UK market. Shame. Think I'll pull the trigger on the Fermzilla all-rounder.
