I thought it came with no extra grape juice or sugar needed? I got one and inside was a gallon container of concentrated grape juice. Wouldn't have thought you would need more.

Last holiday I went on abroad was to the states. I did find moonshine though. :)

As far as I recall, for the yeast, wild strains were utilised. I believe wooden vessels were used for fermentation and as for the sugar, it was the mashing of grains. I believe everybody was AG in those days. :)

You can find all sorts of weird and wonderful things in a charity shop. :)

For me, I can't say I enjoy John Smiths, Boddingtons, Tetley, Worthingtons, etc. because I have only ever seen it on th.at bloody cream-flow. That, to me, really ruins the beer. The only time I have seen one of them on engine is a Tetleys in Scarborough, which tasted fine. Not great but...

Agree with the idea that once you go into the clink, you should lose all your rights. Personally I think they should move him. Send him down to HMP Dover maybe. Serve him right for having the cheek to try and pick his prison.

You might want to cook it a little more, that one doesn't look quite done. :P
