Yep it's clean . I'm just giving it another try with water .
Trying it on the socket connected to the cooker as I only just realised that's the socket I've always used but for some reason used a different one last weekend. As that socket has it's own circuit I'm hoping it will solve the problem...
Must be a common fault mine did exactly the same last weekend 45mins into a boil managed to save the brew.
Looking into a new element as can't afford a new boiler at the moment .
Just the plug in one .
It got to a rolling boil for about 45mins then cut out decided to cut my losses and cool it down.
As it cooled the element kicked back in then cut off as it got hot again .
Kegged this up last night still at 1009 all done.
Had a taste out of the trial jar and the wheat taste seams prominent will taste again in a few weeks.
This beer has come good quite sweet malt tasting to begin with then at the very end a bitter dryness.
Still got a few kits left so will definitely be do partial mashes with them too.
Doing this brewolution all grain kit tonight no weights but ingredients read.
Mangrove jack m44 us west coast yeast
Vienna malt
Rye malt
Wheat blanc malt
Chocolate malt
60min nugget hops
15min hersbrucher and finings
5min Amarillo

Quick update
Brewed the other weekend and used the coopers bitter kit.
3kg pale malt
200g crystal
10g ekg 60min
20g ekg 30min
20g ekg 10min
Added kit to the boil .
1052og down to 1012 now transferred into secondary . Trial jar was nice malty with a bitter finish will see how it tastes...
