Doing this brewolution all grain kit tonight no weights but ingredients read.
Mangrove jack m44 us west coast yeast
Vienna malt
Rye malt
Wheat blanc malt
Chocolate malt
60min nugget hops
15min hersbrucher and finings
5min Amarillo
Hope this comes out ok .

All finished got just shy of 23ltrs at an og of 1047.

Transferred to secondary yesterday hydrometer reading 1009 so looking about right for the expected 5.2%.

Kegged this up last night still at 1009 all done.
Had a taste out of the trial jar and the wheat taste seams prominent will taste again in a few weeks.

Had a taste of this tonight and it had a definite lager flavour to it very very dry lager.
