I initally thought it was the yeast type but having used three different types of yeasts they have all stopped at 1.027.
Yeasts are as follows -
1. no idea but came with a premade AG kit

I have brewed an english ale and it has now been 2 weeks in the bottle carbonating at 19 deg.
Following the recommended 2x2x2, for 2 weeks conditioning what would the recommended temp. be?

I think the midway session has recently been introduced along side the original IPA.
I had the midway session and the normal IPA on the same night and they were very different.
I much preferred the midway session version.

I recently had a Goose Island Midway Session IPA which was rather moreish!
Anyone have an AG clone recipe for this so I can give it a try.

My thinking is if you have water sitting in a bubbler for two weeks it may start growing but vodka wouldn't.
I could be wrong but vodka seemed the logical choice.
