Welcome Dan. The Homebrew Brighton Facebook group are a really helpful and knowledgeable bunch. They have regular meet ups and brew swaps. Could be worth asking there as I'm sure someone will know local supliers.
Here's mine.
In the past:
Yamaha SR125
Honda 250 Superdream
Kawasaki Z550
Yamaha XS650 chop
Current:
BMW R850R
Honda C90 x 2 (one is shared with friends for racing)
The poor BMW hardly gets used as the Cubs can cope with anything. I've forgotten what it's like to go over 55!

I recently made a Mango IPA adding pulped mango with the dry hops, it came out great. It did start fermenting again for a couple of days from the mango. When it stopped it went into bottles.
I recently split a batch of Citra Smash, half S04 and half US05. The S04 tasted great fresh but after a couple of weeks conditioning, my R&D tasting team (about 10 friends) voted 100% in favour of US05 in blind taste tests. The S04 tasted surprisingly good after just 3 days conditioning.
Re the bottling, check that the fatter bit on your bottle neck goes down about an inch from the top, most bottles do. Some however have the ridge which the capper grips to much higher up near the top (eg, google guiness porter bottle). These are much more difficult to cap. It may be the problem...
