    im usually an all grain brewer but needed to get a brew on very fast and didnt have a spare day so hence the kit, yes i had the keg in a cool room and a few bottles in the fridge and there both cloudy. ill just leave it for another month and see what happens

    Pressure barrel to beer line

    you will need a check valve to do this or the pressure from the keg will push the beer straight out the pump, i used a pipe from the keg held on with a clip then a reducer to a 3/8 pipe which then goes into the check valve then another small length to the pump itself. i have at times just...

    heater problem

    cheers guys, just put into clean fv and left to cool down before i pitch some more yeast, i might be lucky as it was only on over night.

    made me brew yesterday and put me heater in as its very cold where i ferment, woke up this morning and went to check all is ok and the fv was very warm the heater had gone pete tong i guess and the temp of the beer has shot up to 48 :cry: i presume the yeast wil be dead now but if i cool it...

    summer lightening

    all went well with no problems so far, chiller going now so should be all done and in the fv around 6 oclock :cheers: the smells coming of the boiler were very nice so hopes are high for this one
