My bottles are all different sizes too.
Before I fill the bottles I arrange them in height order.
I need to adjust the height 3 or 4 times during a bottling session.
It's still far easier and faster for me than a double lever

The only place I know of that sells grain is Farm and Household Stores and they've only got a very limited supply of precrushed grain. And who knows how long that's been hanging around!

Yup. I've certainly had a few gushers after reusing bottles that had previously contained a beer with belle saison in it.
