I had done a London porter all grain brew maybe two weeks ago now, i never had a decent temp, and it stalled. I built a fermentation cupboard for my brews now its back to fermenting on its own accord. Question is is it still safe to bottle? What are the signs it has gone bad?

I bought them a month ago, is there anyway to tell if they alright? Like I know with spices as long as they smell good they are good to use

@Dorst I bought them from Brook House hops which they were vacuum packed they come in 1000g bags or 1 kg bags
