1L pineapple juice
4L apple juice (only added 3L will topup when fermentation has slowed down)
I ts pectolase
1 ts citric acid
1 ts tannin
And I used the last of my super wine yeast compound just to get rid of...
Hi guys I've got a 21 day wine with about 10 days left.
This is my first wine kit :) My question is- when it's ready can I rack it into my demijohns and leave it in there to mature for a few weeks and just put a rubber bung into the demijohn to keep out the nastys

Hi guys iv got a coopers Australian lager brewing and need a bit of help.
Iv been brewing it for 7 days and it's still bubbling once every 1min.
When I put the hydrometer on it it is half way in the shaded area. It says on the meter bottling gravity of beer and wonderd what you guys think...
Hi guys do you add the malic acid and tannin and pectolase at the start plus I see you add 1ts per gallon is that true for all three ingredients. Iv done 4 one gallon batches and must say its very very nice but I'd love to improve on what iv done

Lol ye I no you was :) I put 22L in as told to by the kit but it was warm at the time so may be the reading was a bit false?
