Hi i haven't brewed for about 4 months(i know i know not good) so next time im on leave i want to make a special beer and was thinking a belgian triple. i dont have a temperature control unit so cant stick to controlled fermentation temps but was wondering if any of you had a good all grain...

Was gonna do a brew tomorrow only to find the she has thrown 80 330ml bottles out as they were "cluttering the place up" man I'm so angry right now as i had cleaned them ready as well just needed somewhere to vent this. Looks like i'll be doing a session ale tomorrow to go in a pressure barrel...

Quick update on this for those that are interested i had a taste today and whatever it was that invaded the FV has donr no harm to the taste of this brew so all is good glad i didnt feed it to the drain cheers for the replies :thumb: :thumb: :drink:
