Hi i haven't brewed for about 4 months(i know i know not good) so next time im on leave i want to make a special beer and was thinking a belgian triple. i dont have a temperature control unit so cant stick to controlled fermentation temps but was wondering if any of you had a good all grain recipe for me to give a bash.

Thanks in advance

Mick

Can't say if this is very authetic, but it's very nice - even my mother-in-law loves it, and she doesn't drink beer at all (I know - strange concept...) Should have come out at 9.9% according to the recipe from the Brooklyn Brew Shop, but mine only managed 8.1%.
