    2.45 and its finally on a rolling boil :party: Made a bit of an error with the water and only ended up with 26l to boil. We'll see in 90 mins how much is left. I suppose it's all a bit of trial and error at the start.

    I think its cos wine bottles arn't designed to take any pressure, that's why Champagne and sparkling wine bottles are different. A build up of gas in the bottles may make them explode.

    Has anyone tried this kit on Amazon £15.66 delivered to your door ! During Amazons Black Friday deals I got a couple of white kits but I havnt made them up yet. It comes with labels, corks and shrink capsules ! There's also a Merlot @ £20.
