Tried and tested recipe here bud :) Gave it a go earlier in the year with the ghost chillies for a bit of a laugh and what came out at the end was epic!! In fact, looking to get another batch on in the next few days and try a 6 month conditioning on it for next summer, see if it will improve...

Tried this one myself a while back and bottled it.... Really good lager actually, pleasantly surprised me. Even better with a slice of lime. Personally I would bottle it though as it will retain it's fizz better :thumb:
