    FV Temp sensor position

    I'm so often surprised (I don't actually know why I am), by the breadth of knowledge of home brewers. I'll remember to make sure to leave tail long enough on the sensor though once I cut the wire, so that if I make a rip roaring... of it, I'll take it to my work and beg a tiffie to fix it for me.

    I brew in my garage so I really don't have to worry about keeping my brew cool while I brew (although I do lust after getting myself a brew fridge), but I do need to use a heat pad. I have an STC1000 that I use to turn the pad on and off as required, but in the interest of constant improvement...
