Hey there, just introducing myself to the forum.

I'm a beer brewer, I'm a born again home brewer after doing them as a child with my dad, and I live in remotest scotland.

As with all things, just as I'm getting things 'right', I complicate them a bit more, I'm not doing AG [yet], but I imagine it's only a matter of time and money.

I've been reading some very informative posts here, and I hope to actually add to them.
