Just wondered what you would least like to be without from your homebrew equipment? I have just finished my latest brew, and l know without my bottling stick l would go crazy. Makes brewing life so much easier.

Citra Smash, 12 litres all grain. Taking it back to basics here and making lots of notes. I previously flit from all methods of brewing, kits, biab, etc., But have decided to change my approach and try to get more consistent results.

Just had a fight to get the top off a Wilko beer kit can. (The one with yeast and other sachets under the plastic lid.) Anyone else have problems? Any tips to help me avoid a wrestle with these frustrating things every time l use one. I usually buy kits in cardboard packaging to avoid this...

No from me too, l keep my spare hops in airtight cliplock boxes. They stack up nice on a shelf that way.
