hi I did this kit last with mutton brew kit enhancer. brewed it at a low temp in my cellar and legged it for 3 months as per the instructions. it turned out excellent if you got a pint of it in the pub you wouldn't know it was home brew! oh forgot to say only brewed to 21 litres excellent

I make kits all the time and can safely say only brew t 20l and you'll get better body.

Hi iv done two cellar 7 kits now and they are much much better than the wine buddy. The first I followed the instructions to the letter the finished wine was good but I felt lacked boddy but did improve with age. So after several other kits I have returned to a cellar 7 kit from what iv learned...

Hi iv been wondering if its ok to split my brew half and half between bottles and my new keg? If so is there any thing different I should do when kegging? For example put some co2 in at the start to purge the excess air? Thanks Phil
