Hi, I brewed a batch of this using: 1 can coopers IPA 1 can LME 500g dextrose 500g demmera sugar Challenger hops; 50g@ 45mins, 25g @ 15mins and 25g dry hopped at 10 days. Fermented @ 21C for 2 weeks. Just pulled a bottle and fired into the fridge after 2 weeks in warm. Very nice flavour...

Cheers, thats the period I had in mind. I've read places that you should store in cold conditions after the 2 weeks. Why is this? And it it essential? What do I mean by conditioning? Is that not the process of priming?

iceo, thanks, I've seen those recipes. A bit too complex for me yet. The 2 kits I've brewed were coopers english bitter and coopers IPA, with no deviation from the recipe. I'm looking for something a tiny bit more complex than that. Ph.
