Best way to get a label off a bottle

This is mine I use a cheap 'Workmate' type foldable bench to put it on for bottling and I think that only cost me a tenner and bottling is not its sole use/

Best way to get a label off a bottle

I think mine was sub £20 and was definitely a good buy. No more fear of breaking bottle necks and slashed wrists athumb..

    New Fridge Fermentation Setup

Just a point. If you are controlling cooling and heating through the inkbird, when it calls for heat, then the compressor will not run and the freezer section will defrost. If I remember correctly to have fully independent control between fridge and freezer, the FF would have to be a twin...

    Small Batch Irish Stout?

After 2 weeks carbing @ 20c, I moved the bottles to a cooler location for conditioning, however, as always, curiosity got the better and I popped of the cap of a bottle. This is a very very nice dry stout, which I will be interested to see how it develops with time. Happy brewer clapa

What was your first step towards AG?

After 6 kits and after reading the now famous 'Have a go' thread, I moved to the dark side. I am only 2 brews in but so impressed with the end results. I do full volume BIAB aiming for 11.5L into the fermenter.

    Induction Hobs

Yep, my set-up is simply an insulated pot for BIAB mashing and then boiling. The induction hob does have a degree or so of control over different temperatures/power but to be honest, for the mash, it holds its heat just fine with the induction hob off.

    Burco Cygnet quality?

Have a look at my thread here where I asked about induction hobs. In particular @Drunkula reply should answer your question.

    Burco Cygnet quality?

Mine is 2kw (after a bit of advice from here) and while S/H, it only cost me £40. The pot was less than £50. Again not new but complete with tap I reckon its a good set up. The induction hob is really good at controlling the temps.

    Burco Cygnet quality?

How about a bigger stockpot and an induction hob? That's what I am moving over to for BIAB
