    Fruit juice wine, help !!!!

    To make it I used 1ltr cranberry juice, 1 ltr apple juice, pectolase, citric acid, tannin and 1kg of sugar, yeast and nutrient. Think I will give it another week then stabilize it. Thanks for the help.

    On 14/05/2015 I put the wine into a demi john and waited for the wine to stop bubbling, but it is still going strong after three weeks, should I just let it run its course or is there anything I can do ? Thanks.

    Blueberry Wine

    Thanks, have added stabiliser and a little sugar will wait until the weekend now before a taste then hopefully bottling. I just couldn't understand why it should be so dry, as I thought being blueberry it would be quite sweet:thumb:

    I am just about to bottle some blueberry wine and had a sneak taste the other day only to find out it was very dry, before I bottle it is there anything I can do to sweeten it, or could I drop a carbonation tablet in each bottle.

    After brewing some of wilko`s white wine and doing everything it said on the can, and then bottling it, I left it for two months then went to have a bottle only to find amounts of sugar at the bottom of it, I checked every bottle and they nearly are all the same.     Banana wine.

    Having made some banana wine a while ago , I was told it would take a long time to clear, just how long is a long time exactly, mine has been in the DJ for about 4 months now and it does appear to be clearing but only very slowly. :?: Cheers.

    Bulldog, Hammer of Thor

    I forgot that I had some of this in the fridge in the garage until the other day, so I went and took a couple of bottle`s out, they had been in there for 7 months and wow they were really nice, glad that I forgot them, but alas now there is only one left, so I might just pop and have it now...

    Better brew czech pilsner

    On sunday 23/2/ my lager is ready to bottle, so it says by the instructions, is it worth racking into another FV to make sure it is clear, or should I just bottle it straight off, Cheers for the the help. :thumb:

    I am currently brewing the Better brew Czech pilsner, it is only on its 2nd day and frothing like mad, question is do I take the froth off, or leave it ? Many thanks :thumb:

    Better Brew Czech Pilsner

    I started a brew yesterday 9/2/14, after reading the reviews I wanted to get this right, so took extra time over everything, it is now frothing and bubbling like mad at 22c with a belt on. The only thing now is the wait to taste, after reading some of the reviews on here I can`t wait. :drink:
