Not a fan of the Barnsley Brew Company beers to be fair, I think they should spend more time on making their beer better rather than putting their effort into poor marketing techniques.

Same thing, protofloc is like a concentrated version, you only need to use half a tab per 23l batch though.

Cloudy beer takes time to clear, do you chill before serving? If so then it could be chill haze. Head retention can also come with time, however wheat malt can help with head retention.

No impact on taste, I only use 3g per 23l batch.
