Glad you said Maris Otter, I've had a few brews with MO that have turned out a little like the SRM of a NEIPA so it may just ne that bag of malt mate.

Everything is safe to drink if you're brave enough ;) In all seriousness though, if there's no off smells or flavours it's all good, what was your grain bill?
