I’m looking at doing mini brews because I find it fun however, to get around 5.4% i’ll need a grain bill of 2.5kg - would that be too big for a 12L pot?

500g Oats
after that up to 76c for 20 mins add
250g Chocolate Malt
200g Chocolate Wheat
150g Roasted Barely
100g Cara 60
13g of Magnum @ 60mins

I often get bored and was curious with regards to making a milk stout with a desert twist I use a generic milk stout recipe and i've seen online people add the bases of certain ingredients relative to what they're trying to achieve i.e. pecans, molasses etc... I own a SS...
