What causes a homebrew Pilsner kit to be chill hazed.
It was fermented as per instructions, racked and dry hopped as per instructions
Carbonated for 14 days @ the same fermentation temp, clear enough to read newspaper through it
Placed in storage @ 8C for 1 month
Decided to sample it last night, carbonated OK, tasted OK, good head, but totally hazed.

If it's chill haze it will go if the beer is warmer and is caused by proteins. To avoid it cold crashing before bottling helps or certain finings like clarity ferm/clarex
