    5 Gallon into 5 Demijohns to degas?

    Coming to the degassing stage on the wife's 30 bottle kit and I've realised that to stir it I am going to have to lift it out of it's storage every time as there is no room to remove the lid. Would moving it to 5 Demijohns cause any sort of problems? Cheers

    How much fruit?

    Rehydration C**k up can Wort wait.

    Transferring to Keg via FV Tap?

    At the weekend I will be transferring my beer from my new FV that is fitted with a "little bottler". Can I use the tap, with a hose fitted, for the transfer rather than siphoning or would this cause problems like introducing unwanted air? Cheers
