First off, a big thanks to all the folks on this forum who I stolen my ideas from. :) This brewery is based mostly on Vossy's Nordic build. It's not quite finished yet, but is any brewery every finished. There's always something that can be upgraded. Enjoy the Linky. Ollie

To finish off my SS setup I'm looking at a conical fermenter. The Blichmann conical from Hop and Grape is going for £624, which is nice but I am having trouble justifying the price. I'm come across a place in China that does similar. Linky Does anyone have any experience of these fermenters...

Hi Folks, I'm in the process of ordering all the bits I need to make a 100L SS brewery as per Vossy's design. Does anyone know where you can get the preforated stainless steel for the false bottom? The only one I can find on the t'internet is a bit expensive in my mind £42.75...
