    Wilko's Dark Velvet Stout

    So checked the SG reading and after 11 days it was down to 1018 from original SG of 1068. Currently sat at 6.3% if it has stopped there, after tasting the trial jar all I can say is wowweee woooowarrrr! It reminds me a lot of Thornbridge Brewery chocolate Porter.

    Coopers stout

    Tried mine the other night after 2 weeks in warm conditioning, oh my oh my oh my what a pint. Mine was short brewed to 15L and used Golden syrup, Coffee shots & Extra dark DME. Oh yeah batch primed with muscavado sugar and a little golden syrup. Its a belter! about 7% a bottle!
