Hi Guys
Seen a few of these tin/extract kits ay that the bottle life of the beers is 3 months, is this correct or something they have to stick on the tin?
I only ask as I here people say that they mature their kits for 6 months and longer in bottles. Also people have drank bottled beer from kits that are 18 months old.
I'm only on my 5th brew so im still learning but would of thought that with all the alcohol and sugar that the beer would keep for quite while
I appreciate the help and knowledge.
Thanks
Ben
