I have got 2 x 250 grams bottles white grape concentrate ( old but still in date) that I would like to use up. Suggestions or recipes please for something medium sweet. Thanks

Does anyone have any experience of the Connoiisseur Butler wine kits, I am especially interested in trying the sherry one. At �£10.00 it does seem a bit cheap to make 6 bottles, or can any other brand be recommended. Thanks
