    Coopers Brew A IPA

I bottled one of these three weeks ago. I made it with 1.5 kilos of light dme and some dextrose I had left over maybe 200g. I dry hopped with the hops from a failed razorback ipa. I left the hops in too long nine days, it tasted far too strong on early tastes but is now starting to mellow into a...

    Coopers Original Stout Review

Bottled my fuggled up stout on Saturday had to try one tonight. No head yet too early but tastes great. I'm really pleased with this so far much nicer than my first one.

    Coopers Original Stout Review

Got my second one on the go. Added 1kg dark dme, the leftovers of a bag of dextrose maybe about 300g, 150g of dark muscovado and a fuggles hop tea. Og of 1044 bit lower than my last one I may also dry hop with more fuggles before bottling.

Bulldog Brews Bad Cat Imperial Red

I bottled this two and a bit weeks ago fg 1006 batch primed with 120g dextrose. I'm keeping it in the warm for a bit more than two weeks due to the cold up here. Coopers Original Stout Review

Mines been in the bottle for three weeks and has carbed up nicely. It's very roasty tasting with a bit of bitterness coming through. Was thinking of using dark dme next time instead of extra dark but will see how it matures.

    Coopers Original Stout Review

I've got them in the spare room close to the radiator which isn't on all day. I can see some sediment at the bottom of the bottles though. Tastes great even flat mind you.

    Coopers Original Stout Review

Just did this with 1kg extra dark spraymalt and half kg dextrose. Batch primed and bottled with 85g dextrose. Seems my bottles are taking ages to firm up tried one after four days and very little fizz. Was I too stingy with the priming sugar or am I too impatient? This is only my second brew my...

Mine has been in the bottle four weeks now and is starting to taste nice. It still needs some time to clear as still a bit cloudy/Yeasty. Would definitely do this one again :-)
