    Having problems with overflow

    Everytime i add yeast to my wines or various other high alcohol brews, it seems to go apesh!t and bubble out the airlock. Whats the best way around this?

    DIY demijohn?

    Has anyone tried to make their own demijohn? I mean, i have a few stanless steel buckets and tanks lying around, and im handy with a welder 8-) So i figure instead of shelling out $40 for a demijohn + Postage and handalling, ill make my own for free-ish.
