updated with some more pics. the fermenting cupboard is just a old knacked freezer that i managed to find one day. its not got a compressor as that was all gone when i found the carcass but works perfect for heating only. also found 2x 30l polykegs that i can chuck in aswel

i payed around that price for my focus 2003. only prob i had was the flexi but couldnt get the seperate for my model and had to have the complete front section from headers to the flexi pipe

just bottled this kit and now its in the warm priming and is already very nice even flat

got me a forest fruit cider to try and managed to get 2 bags of brewing sugar for free :lol:

on my fridge i ran the heater power cable through the hole u have ran the temperature probe and then run the temperature probe through the door seal

just done a 1 gallon brew of this to try and smells really nice just allowing to cool before adding the yeast :cheers:

yeap will be perfectly fine many people use them i believe. ive got a cheap ass 1 from china that does the job for me using it in a water bath setup

very lucky at that price considering the prices at the moment

been looking about myself last couple of weeks and havent found any but did find out that whoever aldi get theres from is out of stock although the price is still displayed for it

how strong of a tea would i need to add as still space as not really got going yet

i rushed into it really without doing the research and got a very flat tc that was very nice. then due to housemove and stuff never got round to trying again untill today

was tempted to grab some cranberry but didnt. will see how this goes and then try diff things. im hoping to make something similar to the kopperberg mixed fruit cider if i can get close lol
