    Fermenting under pressure with 70/30 gas

    Just purchased a 55L Fermzilla conical fermenter going to ferment under pressure for the first time. I serve all my beers on 70/30 gas. Will I be OK fermenting with 70/30 gas or does the Nitrogen inhibit the yeast ? I've got a bottle of Co2 as well to use incase.

    Co2 or 60/40 for crispier IPA's

    Got my Cornys connected to 70/30 as I like mainly bitters, stouts and ales, thought this would do all the lot but the Nitrogen is making my IPA'S a bit too creamy and missing that crisp bite. So I'm going to buy another gas bottle. Would you recommend plain Co2 or mixed 60/40. Both same price...

    Did my first all grain batch yesterday a TT landlord clone. Went well ish. Nervously Rushed it a bit instead of enjoying it a bit more. Looking for my next brew but just dunno what I wanna do. Seem to be looking for things mates like instead of something for myself. I like APA's and IPA's...

    Ain't it amazing how different people's taste buds are? I did a merlot a few week back and everyone hated it including me! Worst comment I got was it tastes like medicine :-?
