Hi all, whilst out and about I passed a LHBS and decided to call in for a look around - they had a Simply Beer Kit (midland mild) on offer at �£9.99 as it was "slightly" past its use by date, but included a pack of fresh new yeast. Good deal... along with another pack of brewers yeast...

Greetings all - I'm a long time reader and new member. Ive been brewing for around a year now and have done 7/8 kits in that time with only 1 failure (due to a faulty pressure barrel lid) I enjoy brewing kits and tweaking them with various ingredients, I dont think i'll venture into all grain...
