    Hi, today I brewed a Brupack brewers choice I.P.A. with a can of LME. I did as the instruction stated but couldnt resist giving the "teabags" a little stir and one of the hop bags burst on me.     Did I do it right?

    I decided to try and keep the us-05 from my last kit brew. I just got the trub, a little warm water and some DME and swished it around in a glass DJ. Can I just dump this into my next 23litres of wort? Cheers , F.P.

    Low Carb Beer

    Truble with the Trub !

    Howyis, I tried to bottle my Youngs BrewBuddy Lager yesterday and lost nearly half the brew due to the trub exploding and rising up through the beer.
