    Just to add, I didn't add the brewers sugar instead of the ME, and my mate is well out on his weighing, his pots of honey hold 600g so that's what went in. I did boil the honey with the extract.

    Thanks Slid, what I didn't mention was that the M42 was on top of the Coopers yeast with the stout kit, would this not get me the right amount of cells to attain that? or am i getting mixed up?

    When you say bulk prime is do the whole instead of priming each bottle with a carbonation drop? With regards temperature I do have a brew belt but not sure how stable these are.
