Jubilee clips are your best bet depending on the tap, I can't remember what it's called but there's a valve in between the barrel and pump that allows you to keep pressure in the barrel without it pushing beer through the pump.

It is possible, you need a Handpull, Cask breather and some pipe to connect the two, bear in mind tho this will pull oxygen into the barrel so you will have to drink it sharpish. I use one with a corny which tbh is worth the extra cost as it takes out a lot of the hassle.

That kit comes with lager yeast so 9-13c fermentation temps then 2c for lagering if you can. If you want aroma then dry hop. If you want flavour your going to need a mini boil. I wouldnt bother trying to add bitterness. Saaz or hallertauer hops would be good there both similar 10g-20g. I did...

I did get MLF and it is slightly farmyardy, will leave it a few weeks I think see if it improves, Smell wise it doesn't really smell of much.

Had a wee taste today and well it tasted well I don't really know. It tastes ever so slightly of apples with a slight alcohol taste in the back of the throat but there's also like a flowery taste to it as well does this sound right or has something gone wrong?

Quick update. Yeast is a strange one is ticking along but didn't develop a head at all might be because it was almost out of date but is going well now.

Hmm I would filter it through a sterilised muslin bag/hop bag.
