    Is yeast ok

Cheers I don't have temp control yet though I'm working on getting it set up. I'm in Northern Ireland so we don't have wilko over here. I'll maybe just keep it until I get the fridge sorted.

    Is yeast ok

My friend has kindly donated a tin of coopers 86 day pilsner. Unfortunately the yeast pack is no longer with it. I have a pack of safale s-04. Would this be ok to use or do I need a lager yeast.

    Do I need a carboy?

Ok that's good I'll not be getting the carboy then. The only reason I thought I needed one was because I watched a video on YouTube and the guy said it needed to be in a carboy for the clearing stage. But if not even better.

    Do I need a carboy?

Hi all I'm looking into doing a California connoisseur white zinfandel 30 bottle kit. This will be my first attempt at wine making and just need to know can I do it with the two fermentation buckets I have or do I need to buy a carboy as well? Any help is greatly appreciated
