    Freezing Fruit

    Does it make a different if the apples/ pears are frozen for a period of time before pressing? I know the structure of the fruit is irrelevant as it'll be crushed anyway, but does freezing affect the sugars etc in any way? I'd like to preserve some fruit for pressing later on, if possible.
