Evening all. Got a Brewferm Grand Cru that I am going to bottle later. I have sets of instructions. One says 90g per L and the other 72. One also says to reduce to 6g PerL if FG is 1.012. It has stopped at 1014. I don't want flat beer or beer claymores. Any advice?

Just done a brand new Coopers Mexican with malt/dextrin and bottled water. All went great until I opened the yeast sachet. I noticed about 30% ish were brown not white. Something I've not noticed before. Is this normal? Will my brew be ok? I pitched it anyway as I guess leaving till Monday...

Afternoon all. I have a Brewferm Triple kit that I hqvent started yet and was just looking over the instructions. It says a second fermentation in a different container is recommended before bottling. Is this essential and what will happen if I go straight to bottling?

Hi all. Just started homebrewing so I figured I'd find a forum. I am based in Lancashire. Got a Brewferm Diablo bottled which is 3 weeks old and just started a Cooper Mexican Ceserva last night! Also got a Brewferm Triple but I haven't started that yet. So can't wait for them to be ready...
