    I use one not had an issue with it as for cleaning I use the garden hose on it no problems I will say I tend to make less hoppy beers

    markk biab needs a finely milled grain to get maximum efficiency I found the kits u buy are based on 3 vessel brewing if i buy a kit i always mill the grain again to as fine as I can get the more flour the better a good mill can be your best friend when doing biab happy brewing

    I've been biab brewing for a couple of years I use a 40ltr buffalo boiler which u can get 5 gallon brews full volume to between 5 and 6 % brews for about £100 for the boiler a decent bag your world's your lobster happy brewing

    check the pet bottles to see how firm they are if there rock hard after two days u might have a problem

    Beer Fault - Smoky Taste (not nose). Yeast?

    I've really no idea I use s04 all the time and didn't notice anything different my first thought was that the recipe called for caramunich which I did have but was probably anything from 6 months to a year old I hate throwing anything away perhaps the grain had given it a smoky flavour
