Perfect conditions for the northern lights tonight in north Donegal I can’t claim the photos but my daughter and her boyfriend went out to get them and the results were amazing. From my house it’s just a white glow the photos were taken a few miles away at the coast. M

Just brewed a citra simco ipa with maris otter and it’s due to be kegged today. Tasted a sample and it’s salty ?? Adden the usual amount of gypsum and calcium chloride that I normally do but it tastes very salty. Anyone any experience with this before ? Will it mellow ? Cheers
