My first go at a Belgian single kegged a couple of weeks ago, fermented with Abbaye yeast. Extra pale Maris Otter with some Vienna, Tettnang to bitter with Styrian Goldings late boil and hopstand. Still a little hazey but nice biscuity malt and spicey fruitiness from the yeast.

Keep expecting this keg to kick but enjoying this Pilsener while it lasts Now got a few of these for the evening after another hard weeks work, finally a bit of sun today.

English IPA bittered with Admiral, later additions of Challenger and Goldings which I kegged a couple of months ago. A little hazey which I put down to forgetting to cold crash and the Verdant yeast. An enjoyable sup nevertheless with an orangey bitterness from the admiral.

You could try putting the recipe into brewfather, you can adjust the grain bill and hop additions/AA values to get the required ABV, IBU's and EBC etc. Also lots of other interesting information and you can vary batch size. 8.2 kg seems way over, I usually make 19L using around 5kg for similar...
