    Rhubarb wine fg

I used young's dried active yeast. It's like a small tub. I use it to make my turbo cider. Maybe not suitable for wine. I'll have a go at pitching a wine yeast and see what happens x

    Rhubarb wine fg

OK I made a rhubarb wine with starting gravity of 1.100. I'm using young's dried active yeast. Started it 23rd of August. Racked it off twice the fg is now 1.026 and tasting too sweet. Has the yeast has stopped working? Is there a way to take the fg down more?

I bought a plastic one yesterday chippy. Just like the hand corker you suggested. I'll give that a go when I bottle my rhubarb wine

Which movie(s) have you watched recently?

Get duked on amazon prime. Perfect if you want a real good laugh and something not complicated to follow. It's about 4 young boys who go off on a Duke of Edinburgh award trip. And they think the Duke is trying to shoot them. He's not it's Eddie izzard playing a posh foxhunter type who hates...

    Corks

I just made wilko merlot. Put into bottles. Thing is I used corks but haven't got a tool to put them in. So I've just used my hands and own strength. They're only half way in so I'm wondering is this good enough or is there a way of getting them all the way in?

I've been using young's multi purpose dry active yeast. Would another yeast make any difference If adding another flavour juice would that end up the...
