done biab on stove but took ages and did not get to a good boil am gunna use biab in summer on propane rnd back garden am only going to be doing 23 litre batches once a month maybe many thanks

hi my ph level in my tap water is 7.4 i have been using pure brew in my malt extract brewing but i am going into all grain brewing will i need to lower it and whats the best way many thanks

hi all i brewed a bulldog premium cider kit on 7th november i put nutrients in and fermentation went great i kegged it 10 days later with a FG 0.990 so its been 4 weeks now but its got a sulpher type of smell to it is this the norm should i leave it to condition and hope it goes .many thanks
