    Wilko sweet newkie brown

Nothing ventured nothing gained I suppose! I've got a stout to try next so I'll probably not even put half a tsp in when I bottle it

    Wilko sweet newkie brown

Everything was perfect when I bottled it, i did wonder if i should have used priming sugar instead but i wanted a richer taste at the same time and thought the measurements would have been the same as other posts I had read on here had said it would have been fine

    Measuring alcohol

Hi guys I recently finished fermenting a lager this week and realised that I had forgotten to take a measure of my starting gravity. Is there any other way I can measure the abv% or I am I completely humped and will just have to see how many it takes me to get drunk?

    Novice brewer seeking advice

Onto my 4th brew so far (2 wines, 1 lager, 1 newkie brown) and I have a million questions about tweaking my alcohol levels but retaining flavour.
