Hello all, I’ve brewed a pale ale and the krausen hasn’t fallen it’s been 3 weeks, I’ve taken a reading and the gravity is 1.011 just as I was aiming for according to the recipe, I’m not sure whether to keg it or wait till the krausen falls, advice would be most appreciated

Anyone from the north east area know of anyplace to get gas, found somewhere near Sunderland £95! 70 of that being a deposit for the cylinder which seems a bit much considering you’re not really going to get that back 🙃

I actually tried a few bottles and squeezed the rest and they all don’t really feel that firm, only reason I used pet was to do the squeeze test, I didn’t filter so I will try adding a bit sugar and tipping bottle to get the yeast back in suspension as I didn’t filter this batch

Forgot to mention they are 500ml bottles and I used carb drops, 2 per bottle as stated by instructions
