    Taken quite a liking to Maltese Cisk lager with lemon, and wondered if anyone had tried brewing this or similar themselves? I’m thinking a simple, light, lager with appropriate flavouring? Their ingredients include both lemon and orange - the latter I assume to take some of the lemon sharpness...

    Or you could persuade the customer that low price isn’t everything. Good luck with that! Personally I’ve also tried to be more careful on eBay & Amazon to only buy from UK businesses. That’s a lot harder than it sounds!

    And wondering if there is a better type of airlock. The typical “bubbler” seems a nightmare to clean once its grungy ☹️☹️

    Seems it’s warm enough. This morning found all four had frothed through their air locks. Some cleaning up to do now 😡😡. is there a smart trick to prevent that?

    Thanks all just placed my order for a small quantity of hops and a “suitable” yeast going to be an interesting few weeks looking at the permutations and tasting the results if anything awesome comes of my experimentation, I’ll be sure to report back 👍😁

    Should have asked. Is there a “guide” quantity of hops to add per litre of liquid? Or at least a starting point I can experiment from??

    After too many business trips (and holidays) to Greece, I developed quite a liking for Mythos Has anyone come up with a recipe or a tweak to get something close to home brewed Mythos?? Just wondering, as a newbie. Might be a good place to start experimenting
