    Blackberry Turbo Cider - how much fruit to use?

    Hi All, I am planning a blackberry turbo cider with supermarket juice and fresh blackberries. Can anyone suggest how much fruit I should use in a one gallon demijohn mix? Thanks!

    Turbo Cider - does anyone add acid?

    I've made a couple of small batches of cider from supermarket juice concentrate and found it a bit bland. I will add a bit more Yorkshire tea next time, but I was wondering about some malic acid - the pH seems nearer 4 than 3. Any thoughts? Cheers!
