In the absence of a source of cider apple juice, I have been wondering about making a cider kit in my spare fermenter. I also have a few gallons of turbo cider on the go.
So I'm pondering, would it be worth going for a kit or just stick with turbo cider? I'm not big on sweet fizzy stuff but would like a bit more flavour than I'm getting with the turbo.
